Abstract

This research focuses on studying the impact of packaging design, as an element of visual identity, on changing the value perception of brands within popular markets. It stems from a case study of a fabric store where an elegant bag design was developed, leading to a noticeable change in customer behavior in terms of preference, interaction, and social media engagement. The research aims to analyze the relationship between packaging aesthetics and value perception, and to test the compatibility of a distinctive visual identity with the nature of popular markets.
