Abstract

Language and voice constitute a fundamental bridge for building the relationship between the brand and the consumer in the Saudi market; the way the message is phrased and the identity of the voice delivering it may affect the level of trust in it and the willingness to respond. Accordingly, this study aims to test the impact of the Saudi dialect compared with Modern Standard Arabic, and the human voice compared with an AI-generated voice, on brand trust and purchase or subscription intention among Saudi consumers.
