Abstract

Study overview: The study assumes that employing the Arabic language in brand identity (in a culturally and visually appropriate manner) in the Saudi market contributes to enhancing the public’s trust and psychological comfort toward the brand, and positively affects first impressions and mental image, thereby raising the level of social acceptance of the brand compared to identities that do not rely on the Arabic language and rely entirely on the Latin language in their brand and messages to their audience.
